Pellicola4It’s Woodbury Alumni Night this Saturday, June 12th. They will be doing one of my all-time favorite summer activities—watching a movie at Hollywood Forever Cemetery! In fact, I will actually be at this particular movie, so maybe I’ll see you there. Here’s the scoop from Woodbury University:

Bring friends and family to Woodbury University Alumni Night at Hollywood Forever Cemetery on Saturday, June 12. By popular demand online via the Woodbury University Facebook community, join us for a screening of the movie “Beetlejuice” at the only place where you can be both above and below the stars of Hollywood!

Gates open at 7:30 p.m. and the movie begins at 9 p.m. No reservations are necessary; $10 donation tickets are available at the gate and a DJ will be spinning before and after the screening. The first seven alumni to find us will receive prizes such as Woodbury polos, mugs, and more. Look for Woodbury pennants and the Woodbury University Alumni Association banner.

Hollywood Forever Cemetery is located at 6000 Santa Monica Boulevard. For more information, visit www.cinespia.org.

I know I’ve already raved about Cinespia, but you really must go! They’ve already been showing movies for a couple of weeks now. I can’t believe I’m just now going to see my first one. I will bring back pictures to entice you. What could be better than watching a movie in the cemetery while having a picnic with friends? You can even bring your own booze! I’m telling you, it’s the place to be.

About the Woodbury University Alumni Association
