movieParents, has it been too long since you had a night alone without the kids? It might be time to schedule a date night. Mark your calendar for Saturday, October 24, because this is your night. Golden State Gymnastics Halloween Parent’s Night Out Party is a great opportunity to leave your kids in a safe and fun environment while you enjoy a night out. The price is better than hiring a babysitter and the cost includes dinner, gymnastics, arts and crafts, games, and a goody bag for every child!

Saturday, October 24th

6pm – 10pm

Cost – $35 per child

1828 N. Keystone Street, Burbank

For more information, please visit www.goldenstategym.com or call (818) 558-1177.

Now all you have to do is figure out what to plan for your date night. I suggest making it a spooky, Halloween theme. It is October after all. Maybe dinner and a zombie movie?

Zombieland is number one at the box office right now. Time to see what all the fuss is about. I caught a free screening of it in Hollywood and I gotta say, I loved it! It’s silly and fun with a little bit of gore—perfect for a Halloween-themed date night. Woody Harrelson is hilarious. It’s worth it just to see him. In the movie, America has been attacked by a plague of zombies (it started with a virus that spread across the country). Four lone survivors befriend each other and end up fighting off zombies together. I realize the premise sounds kinda dumb, but it’s really quite funny.

Dinner and a movie too traditional for you? Try these spooky outings:
