citywalk3It’s been a while since I’ve been to Universal CityWalk, so I thought I’d check out their website to see what’s going on for the holidays. As I expected, they’ve got a lot on the calendar. Of course, the Gibson Amphitheater has a bunch of Christmas concerts happening this month (click here for more info), but there are also some free, family-friendly activities to take part in. So if you’re still in the Christmas mood, check out the December calendar.

CITYROCKIN’ CHRISTMAS TREE SHOW     Friday, Nov. 27 – Sunday, Dec. 27

You’ve seen Christmas trees that are tall, Christmas trees with thousands of lights, but have you ever seen a Christmas tree rock? Check out our all-new CityRockin’ Christmas Tree Show featuring a magical snowfall finale after every show.

Personal note: I actually have seen a Christmas tree rock. I worked at a Hallmark store for many years, and one year we sold a tree that came to life and sang a cheesy carol every time someone walked by. Every. Time. If only it also came with a snowfall finale.

LIVE CITYWALK ENTERTAINMENT            Friday, Nov. 27 – Thursday. Dec. 31

This holiday season, you’ll enjoy great LIVE entertainment on the CityWalk Stage and from our resident street performers as they add a holiday flair to their performances.
